BEHIND THE BRAND

We were tasked with creating a site that captured the new brand direction for a luxury interior designer. They were launching a product line for the first time, and wanted to have a brand voice that catered to the high end clients and projects they were looking to take on. In addition, AWD had multiple new design projects they wanted to add to their portfolio, but were limited by their previous site.

THE PROBLEM

  • An unclear ordering process for the customs divisions was leading to a poor customer experience and customers leaving without purchasing

  • The product catalog was unclear, leaving product options and printing capabilities going unnoticed by the customer

THE SOLUTION

  • We updated the ordering process with clear directions, guides, and graphics, giving customers a clear picture of what they needed to provide as well as what to expect

  • Creating in-depth product pages to provide fitment information, fabric specifications, and detailed photos boosting customer confidence in their purchases
